Our growing PAC (Protection Automation & Control Engineer) team is looking for an experienced, good-humored Protection Automation & Control Engineer to strengthen our engineering and commissioning capabilities in energy, substation automation, and grid protection.

Electrical Engineer

Role Overview:

  • Lead engineering, realization, and commissioning phases within project teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, project engineers, and the project manager to address technical issues and report on project progress.
  • Prepare technical documents, configure hardware, and conduct technical tests.
  • Guide customers through systems and address questions during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
  • Oversee on-site commissioning and handle Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  • Provide stand-by services (with additional compensation).

Functie-eisen

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with over 4 years of experience in energy automation and protection.
  • Familiarity with Siemens products like SIPROTEC, SICAM, as well as configuration and testing tools DIGSI 4 & 5, Toolbox II, etc.,
  • Experience with Siemens Spectrum Power 5 is essential
  • Occasional travel to abroad
  • Driver's license
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Primary Employment Benefits:

- A gross monthly salary of up to €4.780

- A 13th-month payment, prorated periodically

- 8.33% holiday allowance, calculated over 12 months' salary

Secondary Employment Benefits:

- Pension Plus plan (starting from day 1)

- 5% ADV allowance

- A net amount of €750 for setting up your home office

- 25 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour work week

- Travel expense reimbursement

- Internet allowance

- Home office allowance

You will be seconded through Yacht for a year, with the possibility of being considered for a permanent position at Siemens after this period.
