Out-of-Hours Emergency Care - Dentist
Location: Swindon
Pay: £1,500-£3,500 per week
Are you a skilled and dedicated dentist looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide private emergency dental care? Ferox Healthcare are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients in Swindon and help us deliver exceptional care during critical times.
Overview:
Ferox Healthcare are seeking experienced dentists to join our clients out-of-hours emergency dental team. This role involves delivering high-quality emergency care during weekday evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You will be part of an on-call rota, often covering a full week at a time (Monday to Sunday).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide emergency dental care for issues such as toothaches, damaged or traumatized teeth, lost fillings, crowns, and extractions.
Perform repairs, restorations, and other necessary treatments.
Respond to emergency calls and attend the clinic within 1 hour when on call.
Flexible Hours & Competitive Pay:
10 to 20 hours, depending on your availability and workload.
£1,500 to £3,500, based on hours worked and cases handled.
On-Call Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 00:01 - 04:00 and 18:30 - 00:00
Saturday & Sunday: 00:01 - 00:00
Bank Holidays: 00:01 - 00:00 (including all major holidays)
(Appointments after 10pm are rare due to increased fees)
Requirements:
GDC registered - minimum of 2 years
At least 1 year of post-graduate experience.
Indemnity insurance.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Access to a car or reliable travel method.
