Embedded Software Tech Lead

My client is currently looking for a Embedded Software Tech Lead for an ongoing and exciting project. This position requires significant documentation and candidates must be prepared and motivated to engage actively in documentation tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and project clarity. You will have an exceptional background in Embedded software development with C & C++ with Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, lead and motivate a team of Embedded software engineers. You will be involved with the integration of technology with hardware and software components, focusing on functionality, security and safety and working in a regulated environment. You will be an advocate for good software practices, develop technical solutions aligned with the customer requirements and a collaborative team player with a independent and proactive work approach. Someone who has worked within a regulated industry ideally Aerospace, Avionics, Military, Space or even medical ensuring adherence to high-quality processes, documentation and provide good technical support to our customers.
