• Platform Support: Play a critical role in a 4/7 standby schedule to ensure reliability.
• Champion Self-Service: Drive platform improvements that empower teams to independently utilize ELKaaS.

Your Skills and Experience

• Container & Cloud Mastery: Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, alongside experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Elastic Stack Expert: In-depth knowledge of Elastic and experience in optimizing its deployment.
• Agile and DevOps Mindset: Skilled in Agile frameworks, with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Customer-Focused Innovator: Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to solving user challenges.
