Your new role
To be successful within the role, applicants must be confident working within a mix of domestic and commercial properties to carry out maintenance work within a target-driven environment. As a multi-skilled electrician, you will be responsible for undertaking all electrical repairs and associated multi-skilled maintenance tasks required within domestic and commercial properties across the portfolio while maintaining a high standard of completion and carrying out excellent customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate must have experience working in both commercial and domestic electrical maintenance while maintaining a flexible approach to working at any given time. You will be required to engage with all stakeholders across the business and therefore, it is crucial that you are confident in representing yourself and the business while carrying out your daily approach. For the technical side of things, it is essential that applicants hold an NVQ qualifying them as an electrician alongside 18th edition wiring regulations, 2391 testing and inspection and a full UK driving licence.
