EIS Technical Lead

*EIS Tech Lead - 6 months + ext. - 100% remote.*

On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for a highly skilled EIS Tech Lead to drive the successful implementation of EIS Suite in both on-premises and cloud environments. This role requires deep expertise in EIS modules-including customer, policy, billing, claims, and common functionalities-as well as strong leadership in project execution and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead end-to-end EIS implementation projects (on-prem & cloud), ensuring seamless integration across all modules

? Leverage EIS OOTB capabilities, identifying limitations, dependencies, and integration points

? Guide teams through the discovery and inception phases, including backlog preparation, estimation collection, dependency tracking, and requirement prioritization

? Oversee on-site and remote teams, fostering collaboration across different work environments

? Provide technical leadership in Java, OpenL, and Product Factory for product configuration and rating setup

? Drive seamless EIS integration with external systems, including digital solutions and rating engines

Requirements:

Strong EIS expertise, covering all modules (customer, policy, billing, claims, common functionalities)

Proven experience in EIS implementation (on-prem & cloud) and other insurance system deployments

EIS Certifications preferred

Hands-on knowledge of Java, OpenL, and Product Factory

Experience in policy, billing, or claims development

Ability to manage projects of mid to large complexity, including issue resolution and branching

Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams in both on-site and remote settings
