The Role
As an ECT, you will:

• Teach a class in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, with your placement tailored to your strengths and aspirations.
• Create and deliver dynamic and engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
• Work closely with your parallel class teacher, sharing ideas and planning collaboratively.
• Benefit from a well-structured induction program, supported by a dedicated mentor.
• Contribute to the school's inclusive and supportive learning environment.

We are seeking an ECT who:

• Is passionate about making a positive impact on pupils' lives.
• Demonstrates creativity, resilience, and enthusiasm in their teaching.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is on track to achieve it.
