Early Years Team Lead - Role Details:
Location: Camden, North West London
Start Date: January - April 2025 (flexible)
Early Years Team Lead - Key Responsibilities
-Lead and support a team of Early Years educators, guiding high standards of teaching and care
-Plan and implement a dynamic Early Years curriculum
-Build and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the school community
-Champion child-centred learning and a nurturing educational environment
Early Years Team Lead - Qualifications and Experience
-Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Early Years teacher
-Preferred Qualification: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable
-Education: An Oxbridge degree or degree from a top 20 UK university is highly desirable, though not essential
