About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Education Participation and Performance Support, you will develop, lead and implement the Early Years vision and priorities so that all providers continue to receive high quality support and challenge, statutory duties are fully met, and children have positive experiences and outcomes.You will lead a team of education advisors and be the key point of contact for senior leaders in relation to early years matters. You will work in partnership with related Wandsworth teams for SEND, safeguarding, finance and health.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational leader with substantial strategic and recent experience in Early Years. You will be responsible for implementing our Early Years vision putting children at the heart of all we do.You will work collaboratively to lead and embed a performance focused culture to deliver high quality outcomes for our children and young people.
