Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Start Date: January 2025 (or sooner)
Are you passionate about early childhood education? Ready to inspire young learners in a supportive, vibrant environment? We re seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join the team at one of our most attractive independent partner schools in Camden.
Early Years Practitioner - What You ll Be Doing:
Creating a Safe, Inspiring Space
Work with fellow practitioners to ensure a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment for young learners.
Planning & Leading Activities
Take charge of engaging activities that foster child development indoors and outdoors.
Supporting Individual Growth
Develop personalized programs for children with additional needs, ensuring every child is set up for success.
Building Partnerships with Families
Be the friendly face that supports open communication with parents, fostering a strong home-school connection.
Early Years Practitioner - What We re Looking For:
Qualifications (desirable):
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years
- Graduate in Education or a Core Subject
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
Experience:
- Some hands-on experience working with young children
Skills & Qualities:
- A true passion for early years education
- A positive, adaptable attitude and calm under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of humour!
