As an Experienced Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support and inspire children's learning and development through play and educational activities.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and your team members.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of creative and stimulating activities.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
• Be a proactive member of the team, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to all aspects of nursery life.

• A Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a busy nursery setting.
• A genuine passion for early childhood development and education.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
