We are looking to recruit an experienced e-Learning Developer to support our Operations team at Domino's! As an e-Learning Developer, you'll play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective digital learning solutions for our team members. You'll collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to design and develop interactive e-learning content that enhances training experiences.
Success in this role looks like:
- At least 2 years' experience working in an e-learning developer role designing and delivering digital learning content.
- Proficient in creating clear and detailed storyboards
- Experienced in testing SCORM output using platforms such as SCORM cloud.
- Capable of providing a portfolio of digital learning products, including examples of content developed with Storyline and corresponding storyboards
- Skilled in using authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360 with a focus on Storyline .
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom .
- Knowledge on JavaScript is nice to have but not essential
