Dynamics 365 Developer

A well known public sector organisation in London is seeking to recruit a Dynamics 365 Developer for a 3-6 month contract paying £600/day inside IR35 to start as soon as possible. 2 days on site in London per week.

The organisation is seeking an experienced Dynamics Developer to join their Software Engineering team. This role will play a key part in developing new features within Dynamics 365/Customer Service Management (CSM), including workflows, plugins, entities, and system integrations. The successful candidate will also contribute to the maintenance and development of external APIs using C#/.NET.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Comprehensive understanding of Dynamics 365, particularly the Customer Service module.
Proven experience in environments with multiple solutions, including dependency management and issue resolution.
Strong skills in developing JavaScript and HTML web resources.
Proficiency in the Dynamics Web API and SDK for plugin and custom workflow activity development.
Experience in external API development using .NET and familiarity with Azure API Manager and Logic Apps.

Desirable Qualifications:

Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400/MB-400) certification is beneficial but not essential.
