As a Trust & Safety Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our platform. Your responsibility will be to review and manage content, ensuring that our community guidelines are upheld. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about online safety and possess strong ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate content submitted by internal systems or users to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Classify and/or remove highly sensitive content uploaded by users according to defined parameters.
- Apply policies correctly, ensuring quality, intellectual property, privacy, and online safety.
Issue Management:
- Handle sensitive and complex issues faced by users, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
- Escalate issues requiring special attention to your immediate supervisor in accordance with established procedures.
- Adhere to corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely.
- Participate in ongoing training programs for optimal role development.
- Meet performance indicators and parameters defined by the client's operation.
- Conduct outbound calls to gather evidence from drivers and customers to support investigations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, ethical judgment, excellent communication, problem-solving, and tech proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills: C2 level of Dutch, B2 level of Entlish.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to complete continuous training programs.
- Commitment to maintaining user information security.
