Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drama and theatre arts, a commitment to excellence in teaching, and a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring young minds.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging drama lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.

Develop and implement a creative and inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of all students.

Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.

Organise and direct school productions, performances, and extracurricular drama activities.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in drama education.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Drama, Theatre Arts, or a related field.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Proven experience teaching drama at the secondary school level.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
