An Interim Disrepair Supervisor job based in Birmingham

Your new company
Hays are delighted to be supporting a local housing association here in Birmingham in recruiting an Interim Disrepair Supervisor, on an initial three-month basis but with the potential for extension.
Your new role
Your role will see you lead a small team of operatives and surveyors overseeing projects related to disrepair, ensuring issues are diagnosed, actions taken and issues therefore resolved. You will work collaboratively with multiple internal teams, including contract managers, to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will be an experienced surveyor or contract manager, with a background in disrepair, particularly in legal disrepair and with section 11's and 82's. You will have a track record of ensuring effective planning and executing projects, ensuring completion in a timely manner.
