Applicant Requirements.

• Technically, a strong understanding of frames and lenses
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Good understanding of KPI's
• Proven track record of sales.
• Must have a skill for building excellent rapport with customers
• Passionate about the eyewear industry.
• Confident in discussing contact lens options (training can be provided)
• Interest in Myopia Management
