Situated at the edge of the village of Spratton, seven miles north of Northampton, the School is set in 50 acres of beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. Spratton Hall is an academic but all-round school that enables every child to unearth their true potential and unique talents in first-class facilities. The School is in a very strong position; finances are robust, a £3M development programme is due for completion in spring 2025, and a recent strategic property purchase offers the potential for further growth.

The Governors and Headmaster are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and commercially minded individual to become the new Director of Finance and Operations (DFO). The post holder will also fulfil the role of Clerk to the Governors. Whilst a formal accounting qualification is not required, exceptional financial and business acumen will be essential, together with a proven track record in strategic planning, project management and operational delivery.

Prior experience in the education sector is not a prerequisite, and applications are welcomed from candidates with commercial, charitable, private-sector and public-sector backgrounds.
