AUFGABEN

Director Food, Feed & Education:
Overall responsibility for managing the assigned department heads of "Operations Food & Feed", "Auditing Food & Feed", "Education Standards"
Responsible for the economic, operational and strategic development in the field of "Food, Feed & Education" in Germany
Budget and P&L responsibility for the assigned area to achieve the regional objectives in line with the corporate strategy and objectives
Responsible for existing customers, as well as their expansion, further development and ensuring customer satisfaction
Responsible for quality-compliant, process-compliant and cost-effective quotation, audit planning and audit implementation
Systematic implementation of process optimizations based on central guidelines
Management and development of internal and external auditors in coordination with resource management
Implementation of strategic projects and operational measures for sustainable economic development and the improvement of operational excellence
Business Line Manager Food & Feed International:
International responsibility of the Business Line "Food & Feed"
Budget and P&L responsibility for the global Food & Feed business to achieve the Business Line objectives in line with the corporate strategy and objectives
Development of global strategy and strategic initiatives for the Food & Feed business, and implementation of the initiatives
Identification and transfer of Good Practices across countries and legal entities

QUALIFIKATIONEN

Successfully completed studies in Engineering, technical, business or similar field
Many years of relevant experience in the management and development of managers and employees
Several years of relevant experience in a management position with sales responsibility, ideally in operations in a comparable industry, as well as proven experience in the certification business of management systems for food & feed products
High level of self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented way of working
International sales experience and the ability to operate in a global environment
Strong customer and service orientation with proven success in building and maintaining (major) customer relationships
High level of interpersonal skills coupled with intercultural competence and a strong ability to develop and manage staff
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
Willingness to travel regularly
