£44,228 per annum (plus £6,154 London weighting allowance)

Full-time, one-year fixed term with the possibility to extend (happy to talk flexible working)

Any TUC office with the ability to travel to Congress House, London as required.

Can you inspire others to help our client change the world of work for good?

They are looking for a brilliant digital organiser / campaigner to support union campaigns to win change for working people.

They need someone to join their team and support unions using digital tools and technology to win campaigns and grow their membership.

Applications are encouraged from organisers or campaigners who may not consider themselves digital or technology experts. Training and support will be offered in using their toolset and digital organising methods.

They are open to secondments from unions or progressive organisations.

What experience, skills, knowledge and understanding do you need?

• You ll be bright, talented, and excited to support their unions to grow and win
• You ll be passionate about campaigning and organising for social change
• You ll write beautifully, get how unions win and be willing to train others in how to best use digital in their work
