Digital Marketing Specialist (Junior) in Sofia (m/f/d) 50 -100%

RM Group Bulgaria ODD is part of RM Group AG, a Swiss recruitment agency specializing in IT resource management. We support leading clients in banking, insurance, financial services, software, and pharmaceuticals by providing highly qualified professionals.

We're currently looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to support our internal team and grow our brand's digital presence - especially across social media channels.

Your mission:

• Create engaging social media posts aligned with our corporate identity (CI)
• Grow our follower base and increase engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram
• Plan and manage regular content calendars and campaigns
• Write concise, clear, and brand-consistent copy for digital platforms
• Ensure all visual and written assets align with the brand style
• Support general marketing tasks such as email marketing and website updates
• Collaborate closely with the CEO on personal branding and LinkedIn presence (approx. 20%)
• Bringing creative ideas and digital A/B copy suggestions for our services portfolio.

What you bring:

• Ongoing or completed studies in Marketing, Communication, Media or similar
• Fluent German and business-proficient English is a must
• Ideally first experience in social media, branding or digital marketing
• A feel for trends, tone and visuals on platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram
• Structured, reliable and creative mindset
• Interest in learning and growing in a fast-paced, international environment
