Digital Marketing Manager - £60K + Great Benefits including Bonus - Hybrid (London) - Real Estate Industry

I have partnered with an exceptional business in the real estate industry. They work across multiple sites across the UK where they work with the student market. The business is looking to shack up the industry with new ideas brought to the table and this is heavily encouraged in the company. An employee led business with a fantastic culture!

Sitting within the Marketing team, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and working with over 3 more in the marketing department. This is a key role for the team to take ownership of the execution of the digital marketing strategy, continuing to optimise all channel performances.

Key Responsibilities

Working across all digital channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social media

Develop strong email marketing strategies to improve awareness of the brand

Construct digital marketing plans on an annual basis

Management across multiple agencies (PPC being a large aspect)

Manage 2 digital marketing executives

Constantly research into the industry for competitor analysis

Skills & Experience

Strong experience across an E-commerce business

Previous line management experience (in this role you will manage 2 executives in the marketing team)

Excellent experience across the digital channels

Strong communication skills (managing multiple agencies and stakeholders in the company)

Data driven mindset to optimise performance (eg google analytics, Power BI)
