Loyalty/Rewards
Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 + 15% bonus
Location: London/Hybrid (1/2 days in the office per week)
Salt is partnering with a global loyalty and rewards program to hire a Customer Analyst for their growing team. The organisation has many sub-brands underneath them spanning multiple industries including Travel, Leisure, Health & Wellness, Music, Entertainment and many more.
Customers can collect rewards not just from spending money with their own brands but also from their partners which include Nike, M&S and eBay. Your role is to use the data captured by the loyalty program to improve the customer experience and inform business decisions.
Activities include:
- Build dashboards and maintain reports with metrics to help the business understand and optimise the programme, marketing activity and product development.
- Work with the team to deliver analytical projects to understand loyalty, value, life cycle, cross-group and omnichannel engagement.
Skills required:
- Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Superstar in SQL - Python would be great but not essential
- Experience running analysis to answer business questions by data mining, quantitative and statistical analysis with large volume customer data and web/app behavioural data.
