Job Description

Job Title: Digital Business Partner
Work Model: Mobile role - expected to travel between different business units South region, ideally south of Worcester
Location: Worcester

Overview:
My client, who is a leading construction company, is looking for a Digital Business Partner (DBP) to support our business units in delivering services to Local and Strategic Highway Authority clients. This role involves being a trusted technology advisor, developing strong relationships, and driving the use of innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Link: Connect the business units with ICT, ensuring technology solutions meet business needs.
  • Support and Oversight: Help business unit developers with governance and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with senior leaders and partners to align technology with business goals.
  • Implementation: Assist in implementing technology solutions and ensure a smooth transition to operation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in solution design.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology (M365, data/BI, GIS).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A full clean driving license is required.
