Additionally, you'll be a point of contact for customers, confirming their requirements and providing exceptional support.

• Strong technical skills in PC and laptop building
• Experience in deploying and decommissioning devices
• Proficient problem-solving abilities
• Ability to resolve tickets and deliver IT items
• Knowledge of Active Directory and software installation
