Job Description
We are looking for a Help Desk (tier 1) position to join our team. As a Help Desk team member, you will be part of the corporate IT Department, which handles all aspects of hardware, software, and infrastructure. The main Technologies that you will work with are Microsoft-based workstations\laptops and servers.

What You'll Do

  • Provide help desk support for all NeoGames group employees (1000+).

  • Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

  • Assist with onboarding\offboarding and setup for new employees.

  • Support the company users with different systems and applications

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years experience as a Help Desk.

  • Experience with Windows Active Directory and Azure environments.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 software and administration.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an excellent customer service attitude.

  • Fast & self-learner, team player, organized, responsible, dynamic, and motivated.

  • Basic Linux knowledge.

  • Basic networking knowledge.

  • An understanding of information security, VPN Clients, and web filtering systems.

  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to serve as on-call 24/7 (weekly rotation within the team).
