Design Operations Manager - Contract- Accessibility - Hybrid - Manchester area

Harvey Nash is proud to be working with a globally recognised organisation who are looking for a Design Operations Manager to join their User Experience and Design team who are responsible for creating accessible, inclusive user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support Accessibility Team: Maintain and manage work flows, ensuring timely delivery within agreed SLAs. Highlight risks related to targets and resource availability.
• Workflow Systems: Build and maintain systems using Jira.
• Risk Management: Identify and escalate risks, issues, and barriers to senior managers, and help find solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
