We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher for a private education provider with independent schools and additional support services all over the country for young people with range of diverse special educational needs.

Experience and qualifications:

• Inspire confidence in pupils and colleagues.
• Focus on strengthening teachers' subject knowledge and pedagogical skills to enhance curriculum delivery and optimize the effective use of assessment.
• Act as a key member of the school's senior leadership team, ensuring accountability.
• Collaborate with the Head Teacher to maintain compliance with independent school standards.
• Strive to shape the school's practices and outcomes toward achieving an outstanding rating.
