The National Lottery Community Fund is the largest single source of funding for community activities in the UK. We're One Fund based in communities in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and our work reflects the diversity of the UK. We support activities that create resilient communities that are more inclusive and environmentally sustainable - activities that will strengthen society and improve lives.
We are now seeking a Deputy Director: Digital - a critical role supporting the wider organisation in the delivery of The National Lottery Community Fund's 'It starts with community' strategy to 2030. This is an exciting, pivotal and varied role at a time of optimistic change and growth. Reporting to the Chief Finance and Resources Officer, and leading a team of 25, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing and leading the digital strategy for end-to-end funding processes across all of the Fund's funding products, building the digital culture and developing organisational capacity.
The post holder will be experienced in leading digital strategy, service design and digital transformation with a track record of leading user-centred design to ensure a first-class digital experience for the customer and of delivering solutions which maximise the colleague experience. You will work collaboratively with the Fund's senior leaders, to design and deliver new approaches to continuously improve their services. Bringing management expertise and the capacity to manage cross-functional teams, you will be able to influence decision makers and build consensus.
This is a significant opportunity to deliver the next phase of digital development at the Fund. If you believe you have the skills, qualities and attributes, we would be pleased to hear from you.
