Job Overview
We are seeking two full-time dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurses to join our family run private dental practice based in Maidenhead with an immediate start.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting dentists during procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice. This position requires a hard working individual with excellent organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong commitment to patient welfare.
We are looking for trainee dental nurse with experience and a qualified dental nurse who is registered with the GDC.
Responsibilities
Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Provide exceptional patient care by welcoming patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with health regulations.
Ensure the cleanliness and sterilisation of dental instruments and work areas to uphold hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow within the practice.
Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and practices to enhance patient care.
Requirements
GDC registered or enrolled on a dental nurse course.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and colleagues professionally.
Proficient IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
