The service aims to offer a central, single Point of Support in the Borough and enable people with dementia and their carers to live well and maintain their independence for as long as possible.
We are looking for a Team Leader to provide supervision and support to a team of Dementia Advisers and service volunteers and to co-ordinate the Dementia Hub. This new role will work alongside a passionate team to develop a growing service.

-
Carry out skilled record keeping and contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the service; and
-
Promote the service within all communities to ensure the service is accessed by individuals across the Borough.
