The role

If so, you may be interested in becoming an essential part of our Corporate Review Team.
The Decision Maker and Continuous Improvement Manager is an exciting, new role, which will combine decision making in our fitness to practise review process with developing operational guidance for the team.
The Decision Maker and Continuous Improvement Manager will work on a range of tasks, including:
- Reviewing and updating operational guidance
- Driving continuous improvement work
- Supervising colleagues
- Making decisions under our statutory framework
The person
We are looking for someone who offers an unwavering attention to detail, a commitment to collaboration and a willingness to drive improvements.
We are happy to support a range of flexible working options. Flexible working requests will be considered in line with the policy. Current expectations are that following in-person induction and training, staff are in the office one day every week on a set team schedule, with additional in-office days as required. You can of course spend more time in the office if you'd like to.
