DataBricks Engineer

Conexus is partnered with a Global Consulting Company looking for a skilled Databricks Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimise data pipelines on AWS.

This role requires strong expertise in Databricks for ETL and experience with the Data Build Tool which is mandatory for this role.

This position will be a 6-12-month initial contract, working primarily remotely with rare travel to the client site in Helsinki.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise ETL pipelines using Databricks, Python, and Data Build Tool.
• Implement data transformations and workflows with Airflow for orchestration.
• Work with AWS CDK (Python) and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitLab SCM.
• Ensure data quality and integrity using industry-standard best practices.
