Data Scientist (NLP, LLM) - remote - UN-agency-client - EN-speaking - 3-6 months initial

We are seeking a highly experienced "remote Data Scientist specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), Semantic Search, Traceability, and Power-search to support a UN agency client based in Rome.

The position is to start in JAN25 with an initial contract running for 3-6 months, with a likely extension until the end of 2025 - based on performance and budget. • A Senior Data Scientist is needed to assist and guide my UN client in advancing the implementation of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), Semantic Search, Traceability, and Power Search solutions.

• Develop and optimize NLP models and Semantic search capabilities.
• Implement traceability solutions to enhance data transparency and integrity.
• Design and deliver robust power-search functionalities for advanced data retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client requirements.

SKILLS

• Proven senior-level expertise in NLP, LLM, Semantic search, Traceability, and Power-search.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions in a remote setting.
• Prior experience with international organizations or UN agencies is an advantage.
