Senior Data Scientist

Within one of the largest Tribes of Rabobank group, with no fewer than 650 colleagues, you will get the opportunity to join our Data Science team and work with business stakeholders to launch new ML/AI products. With a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, you shape the way we do business within the Tribe. As a team, we use data, data science and AI to deliver data-driven tools to our stakeholders in the domestic business lending domain. Our data science products solve key challenges within Business Lending and support our strategic and tactical goals.

You can expect to work on topics such as:

-Creating AI algorithms for our Retention Strategy.

-Utilizing GenAI to help our colleagues become more efficient and their experience more enjoyable.

-Creating portfolio simulation tools to help our portfolio management team to make the best strategic decisions.

-You will design, build, and interpretate algorithms that power data products at Rabobank.

-You will also connect with our stakeholders and colleagues by co-facilitating knowledge sharing sessions to improve AI Literacy and help find new problems to solve in Business Lending.

Must Haves:

• You have experience developing, training, validating, benchmarking, and monitoring machine learning (ML) algorithms, and you are able to incorporate ML explainability with methodologies such as SHAP.
• You have experience developing training, validating, benchmarking and monitoring GenAI algorithms.
• You have experience translating business needs to Data Science/AI solutions.
• You can communicate complex outcomes with clarity to a wide range of audiences and enjoy sharing your knowledge on Data Science/AI.
• You are proficient in Python.
• Extensive knowledge of data science and statistical techniques, toolsets, and algorithms, such as (Py)Spark, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, and langchain.
• Solid understanding of the Azure Stack and Services.
• Professional experience in using Databricks solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Scrum.
