Position Overview:
I am seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modelling, with a particular focus on applications in the medical technology field. You will work collaboratively with engineers, researchers, and health care professionals to develop data-driven solutions that improve product performance and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse complex medical data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product development and clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to enhance the functionality of medical devices and software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity and quality.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and MedTech innovations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and machine learning, preferably within the MedTech or health care industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, as well as experience with data visualisation tools.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modelling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
