ABOUT MY CLIENT

My client specializes in advanced data-driven solutions, with a strong focus on cloud-based and big data engineering. Their team builds scalable systems to manage and process vast, intricate datasets, leveraging cutting-edge cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP. They manage these solutions from inception to deployment, employing data transformation techniques such as ETL, programming in languages like Python, Scala, or Java, and implementing DevOps best practices. Their expertise also extends to integrating processed data into external applications via APIs, external feeds, or data visualization through comprehensive dashboards and reports. Additionally, their AI Center of Excellence is dedicated to pioneering advancements in artificial intelligence, exploring areas such as Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), anomaly detection, and computer vision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and implement innovative AI-driven solutions in areas such as generative AI, computer vision, root cause analysis, exploratory data analysis, and NLP.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead AI and machine learning projects from ideation to deployment, including data gathering, preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
• Work closely with engineers, product teams, and fellow data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.

WHAT MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• At least three years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Strong expertise in deep learning and machine learning, particularly with generative models.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, software architecture, and data modelling.
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for tackling complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Published research in AI/ML-related journals or conferences.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps frameworks.
