Data Privacy Coordinator
- £35,000 - £38,000
- Permanent
- Near Epsom, Surrey (location is most easily reached by own transport)
- Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)

What You'll Be Doing
- Daily support of the Data Privacy Team mailbox:
- Supporting customers with DP enquiries
- Supporting internal business teams with DP requests
- Assisting DP team with business projects
- Supporting the automation of DP processes on the client's platform
- First point of contact for Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) & Record of Processing Activities (RoPAs)
- Attend & lead monthly business partner meetings
- Attend monthly Data Governance Committee meetings
Experience You'll Gain
- Ability to apply privacy laws in real time commercial situations
- Working as an integral part of the business support team
- Accredited Data Privacy qualification
- Management of privacy initiatives
Qualifications and Experience You'll Need:
Essential
- Minimum 6 - 12 Months Data Privacy Experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Experience on OneTrust modules
- Excellent attention to detail
Desirable
- Relevant DP qualifications
- Experience providing data privacy training and awareness
- Ability to build on and improve existing DP processes
