Data ManagerBirmingham£60,000 to £65,000 per annum + 6k car allowance + 15% bonusPermanent

I am currently working with a market leading organisation as they seek a Data Manager. You will be responsible for implementing a new data governance strategy and will oversee and improve data management systems.

Data Manager - What will you be doing?

Devising a new data management strategy, ensuring you leverage data for strategic decision making. Creating and implementing data governance frameworks / policies. Recruiting a team of data professionals that will champion data quality across the organisation. Addressing data quality issues when they arise. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, making sure they understand the importance of data driven decision making.

Data Manager - What will you need?

Experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks. Experience in data migration projects. Experience in ERP migration projects. Strong management experience both within teams and projects. Ability to business partner, explaining complex data concepts to all stakeholders.
