Data Centre Design Manager (Consultant)

We're looking for a strategic Consultant who thrives in high-stakes, C-level discussions and has a proven track record in advising investors on how to take a data centre project from concept to reality.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key advisor to major investors, providing expert guidance on all aspects of data centre development, from build and design to operational readiness.
Lead and manage discussions surrounding site selection, commercial viability, power & cooling requirements, and real estate logistics.
Be a trusted consultant on policy, procedures, and risk management, ensuring projects get off the ground smoothly.
Play a pivotal role in pre-sales, due diligence, and inbound requests, helping drive business growth for the consultancy.
Build strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering high-level strategic advice.

Ideal Candidate:

3-8 years' experience in Data Centre Design Consultancy or similar high-level advisory roles.
Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including mechanical cooling, power, real estate, and environmental considerations.
Proven ability to lead discussions and negotiations with C-Level executives and investors.
Experience with policy, procedures, and risk management for data centre projects is a plus.
Ability to work in a hybrid model, splitting time between the impressive London HQ and your home location.
