Data & Reporting Project Manager (Power BI)

On behalf of Tesco IMS, AMS are now looking for a Data & Reporting Project Manager (Power BI) for a 6 months month contract (with possible extension) based in the bank's Edinburgh office on a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

Role Overview:

As Data & Reporting Project Manager (Power BI) you will work on the separation programme and lead reporting and data visualisation projects. The role involves overseeing report creation, data analysis, and stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reports to demonstrate business performance and meet stakeholder requirements.
• Utilise expert-level Power BI skills to create and manage reports efficiently.
• Lead a team of reporting analysts and engineers, ensuring project goals are met.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to align reporting with business needs.
• Oversee the rebuild of the Tesco IMS data platform, ensuring Power BI is integrated effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, implementation, and practical usage.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be able to create Power BI and manage reports effectively, demonstrating SME level experience in Power BI.
• Strong experience in recreation developing.
• Strong background in data visualisation and report development.
• Hands-on experience in rebuilding and optimising reports.
• Experience in eliciting requirements, guiding stakeholders, and aligning reports with business goals.
