About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Team Leader to oversee and guide our Dynamics 365 (D365) team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Core D365, integration technologies, and Power Apps, with a strong focus on Canvas Apps for Mobile. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and stakeholder management skills to drive innovative solutions and ensure successful D365 implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of D365 developers and consultants, fostering collaboration and growth.

Oversee the design, development, and integration of D365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Utilize D365 integration technologies to streamline and enhance system functionalities.

Develop and maintain Power Apps, with a focus on Canvas Apps for mobile solutions.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, shaping and refining designs based on business requirements.

Provide strategic input on best practices, implementation approaches, and system improvements.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, governance, and security protocols.

Key Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Core D365.

Expertise in D365 integration technologies.

Proficiency in Power Apps development, particularly Canvas Apps for mobile applications.

Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and shape solution designs.

Local or landed candidates are preferred, but not essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications in D365 or Power Platform.

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
