Job Description
D365 Delivery ManagerRemoteInside IR35Contract until 31/03/2025Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated D365 Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of products and services within our team. You will be responsible for the performance and productivity of the team, ensuring that they remain motivated, collaborative, and focused on key objectives. You will also identify and remove obstacles, enabling the team to meet its goals efficiently. This role requires the application of agile and lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Build, maintain, and motivate teams to collaborate effectively. Focus on prioritizing key deliverables and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Delivery Management: Identify the most effective processes and delivery methods, adjusting strategies as needed. Support the team in managing and visualizing outcomes, while listening to and interpreting the needs of technical and business stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate clearly on progress, risks, and financial performance. Escalate issues when necessary to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Financial Oversight: Report on financial delivery, monitor costs and budget, and escalate issues when required. Ensure the team adheres to the appropriate service standards throughout the product life cycle.
  • Risk Management: Manage the pace of the team, addressing both internal and external risks, issues, and dependencies. Challenge and refine organizational processes to eliminate unnecessary complexity.
  • Project Planning: Prioritize tasks based on value and importance, remove impediments, and develop contingency plans for challenging situations.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. D365 F&O Experience:
    • Expertise in planning key activities for D365 F&O implementations.
    • Awareness of common risks and issues, with the ability to mitigate them effectively.
    • Experience in coordinating resources from various sources to ensure successful delivery.
  2. Project and Delivery Management Experience:
    • Strong drive and tenacity to ensure that team members understand their responsibilities and follow through on them.
    • Ability to keep projects aligned with the plan, making necessary adjustments to stay on track.
    • Proficiency in identifying and unblocking obstacles to facilitate smooth project execution
