About the Role:

Our client, a leading Microsoft Partner, is looking to expand their team with a talented Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant. You'll be joining a dynamic team of experts who work with industry-leading clients to deliver impactful, tailored CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who is passionate about driving transformation and providing hands-on guidance in Dynamics 365 CE implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document client requirements for Dynamics 365 CE projects.
  • Provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 CE functionality, best practices, and system configuration.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver effective CRM solutions.
  • Lead client workshops, deliver training, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft technologies and third-party applications.
  • Provide continuous improvement advice to clients for ongoing system enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant or similar role, ideally with experience in end-to-end project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and its modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
  • Solid experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver projects on time.
