iO Associates are representing a Bristol based start-up that's working on some cool projects, they're developing innovative new ways to detect and analyse scents - think dog-like scent technologies! They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team, and this could be a great opportunity for someone who's interested in technology and enjoys helping people. They have partnered with some big companies in the pharma/healthcare industry such as the NHS!

Role Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (you will be working on a B2B basis)
• An interest in technology - if you have studied IT, Engineering or Science this is a bonus!
• Problem Solver - you will need to keep an eye on the quality of service being delivered, plus fix any issues
• Previous experience in a similar role, at least 5 years.
