Job Description
A 6-month contract Customer Service role in Fareham supporting a global business pays up to £28K pa.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent spoken and written English Good organisational, problem-solving and administration skills. Able to use own initiative and make decisions within the remit of the role. Use of Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems. Enthusiasm and flexibility, a team player. Confident communicator. Strong customer-facing skills, including clear and precise communication. The ability to manage multiple priorities whilst hitting deadlines, targets and KPIs.

Join a global leader, dedicated to innovation with a large customer service function as they take on a transitionary project. To support the team, we require 2 Customer Service Representatives for a period of 6 months, supporting customer journeys.
Your new role
Reporting to the Services Manager, you will deliver an effective customer experience by:
- Answering inbound customer calls.
- Receiving and processing customer orders.
- Managing the day-to-day requirements of our customers.
- Logging and resolving customer queries/complaints etc. via CRM.
- Liaising with internal and external departments to resolve issues/queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure customer orders are shipped to the highest level of service.
- Keeping and maintaining records of all orders and relevant documentation for easy reference.
- Processing credits subject to an appropriate level of authorisation.
- Ensuring all Internal Controls are complied with.
- Scanning all customer credit records and files on the computer system
