Customer Service Representative

Your new role
You will be working within a busy customer service team ensuring a superior customer service is always provided, processing orders, monitoring deliveries, identifying the need for re-negotiation, ensuring that the product is dispatched to the customer on time, pro-active resolution of customer issues and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The hours are Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00. The two shifts are 07:00 to 15:45 and 08:15 to 17:00. It involves working 1 in 4 Saturdays 07:00 to 12:00 and that is working from home.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience of working in a fast paced, high interaction customer service environment, have excellent communication skills, organisation and problem solving skills, experience of working to KPI's in a results driven environment and experience of using SAP previously is desirable.
What you'll get in return
You will have a permanent position paying an annual salary of £28,000 and you will be working for a large commercial organisation and with a great team of people.
