As our Customer Service Executive (f/m/d) you will use your strong communication skills and passion for people and sports to support our partners in the DACH market to grow their businesses and to use the Eversports Manager in the most efficient way.

In this role you will be involved in all department projects of the Customer Care Team and specialize either in client activation or client support depending on your skillset and preferences. During the onboarding and training by our specialists, you will quickly take over responsibility and manage your own projects and contribute with your personal impact to our mission to "make sports happen".

Full time (35 hours per week with every second week one day off)

Aufgaben
  • After your onboarding you will either specialize in

    • Onboarding and Activating new clients to the Eversports Manager or

    • Supporting our existing clients via all support channels such as the ticket system, in writing via live chat, and by video calls

  • Maintain the relationship with onboarded clients and be the person of contact for any questions or inquiries

  • Be involved in Customer Care projects and initiatives as well as keep our existing customers engaged

  • Support in business intelligence projects to ensure data quality in our database

  • Maintain and continuously improve the online helpdesk ensuring the content is up to date, relevant and easy to use

  • Help out in different daily tasks and ad hoc tasks in the customer care department (e.g. customer imports)


Profil
  • Whether you are fresh out of school, an enrolled student, looking for a change of direction or else, doesn't matter so much for us, but motivation and proactive attitude matter

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in supporting B2B partners

  • Fluency in German and strong English skills, both verbal and written

  • Dutch or French language skills are a plus

  • IT affinity and very good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills

  • Reliability, attention to details and solution-orientation
