Customer Service Coordinator

Job title: Planner Job type: permanent - full-time Salary: £26k - £30k Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30Location: Office based - Shepperton

Role responsibilities of a Customer Service Planner:

• Scheduling engineers workload, including all repairs, planned maintenance and breakdowns
• Working closely with internal and external customers
• Working closely with Field Operational Managers to drive productivity from the field team
• Working closely and communicating with internal departments regarding ETA's
• Keeping communication with customers and providing them with regular updates

Desirable skills of a Customer Service Planner:

• Ability to multitask
• Previous experience working in a planning environment
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good timekeeping skills
