Job Title: Customer Service Advisor ( financial Domain )
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Onsite - 5 Days/Week
Job type: Contract role
Duration: 6- 12 months ( Extendable Project)

we are looking for Customer Service who has good financial Domain experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support:

• Handle customer inquiries and requests related to their loan accounts.

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clear, simple, and effective communication.

• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to resolve complex customer requests.

• Process Adherence:

• Work in a fast-paced environment while following defined processes.

• Ensure all customer records are accurate and updated in compliance with GDPR regulations.

• Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Contribute to team discussions and help identify continuous improvement opportunities.

• Performance Goals:

• Strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Sociable and customer-focused with a passion for helping customers.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate customer records.

• Experience working with computer systems.

• A team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Work Environment:

• Shifts between 8 AM and 10 PM, Monday to Sunday, on a 6-8 week rotation (including evening and weekend work shared among colleagues).
